By using ScamGuard PK ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ScamGuard PK is a free online tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze online stores and provide trust assessments. The Service searches publicly available information on the web and provides an automated analysis based on available data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, ScamGuard PK:

  • Does not guarantee the accuracy of any scan result or trust score
  • Does not guarantee that all scams will be detected
  • Does not guarantee that legitimate stores will always receive high scores
  • Should not be considered as legal or financial advice

Limitation of Liability

ScamGuard PK and its creators shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from:

  • Reliance on scan results or trust scores provided by the Service
  • Decisions to purchase or not purchase from any online store
  • Financial losses resulting from online shopping transactions
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information in scan results

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading community reports
  • Attempt to manipulate trust scores through automated submissions
  • Use the Service to harass or defame legitimate businesses
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service's data or APIs
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Community Reports

By submitting a community report, you affirm that the information you provide is truthful and based on your genuine experience. False or malicious reports may result in your access to the reporting feature being restricted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
